— Corrugated Box Line

Flute grade, wall config, burst strength — spec'd to your SKU.

Off-the-shelf boxes fail at the seam or overweight the shipment. Every Malharpack corrugated order starts with a structural review — no default specs, no guesswork.

Spec'd by flute, wall, and load — not by catalogue.

We spec flute grade (B, C, E, or BC double-wall) against your product weight, drop-test height, and stacking requirement. Single-wall through triple-wall configurations are available; wall selection follows the structural math, not the price list.

Available Flute Grades

B-flute (cushioning), C-flute (general freight), E-flute (retail display), BC double-wall (heavy industrial). Each matched to your verified drop-height and stack load.

Custom Sizing — Any Run Volume

Short-run and high-volume orders go through the same structural review. No SKU defaults to a stock dimension; every order gets a measured internal dimension spec.

Documented test results. Every batch, every order.

Edge Crush Test and Box Compression Test readings are logged per production run. You receive the data sheet before the pallet ships — damage-rate reduction is a number, not a claim.

Burst strength is matched to carrier handling class — regional road freight, air freight, and last-mile e-commerce each carry different compression profiles. We spec accordingly.

Send us your SKU data. We'll return a spec.

Product weight, drop-test requirement, and annual volume are enough to start. Our engineering review runs in parallel with your procurement timeline.
